Karvi Group was proud to lead the organization of the International Aviation Womens Association’s (IAWA) inaugural Aerospace & Defense Leadership Forum. This one-day conference brought together executives and leaders from across the aerospace and aviation industry to discuss the strategic topic of gender balance, diversity and inclusivity. Timing of this event coincided with the release of the groundbreaking new (2019) Korn Ferry study ‘Soaring Through the Glass Ceiling’, bringing data-driven information to management to help understand and lead change in strengthening and sustainment of their workforce.
